Privacy policy

1. Person in charge of personal information protection
In accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), L'Agence AW has designated a person in charge of protecting personal information. You can reach them at info@lagenceaw.ca (subject: "Privacy").
2. Information collected
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone, need, message.
- Resume submission: name, contact details, city, trade, availability, resume.
- Training registration: name, contact details, company.
- Client and candidate portals: account information, timesheets, invoices.
3. Why we use it
Only to answer your requests, offer you jobs or candidates, organize training, invoice our services and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your information.
4. Consent and resume sharing
Your resume is only shared with a client company with your explicit consent, given when you submit it, and only for a specific position. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
5. Retention and security
Your information is stored securely, with access limited to authorized members of our team. It is kept only as long as needed for the intended purposes, then destroyed or anonymized. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a serious risk, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information.
6. Cookies
Essential: required for sign-in, security and remembering your choices. Always active.
Analytics and marketing: off by default, enabled only with your consent.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your information, its correction, deletion or portability, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@lagenceaw.ca; we respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
