The website is provided for information purposes. You agree to provide accurate information in our forms and not to use the website for illegal or harmful purposes.
We may change the website content and these terms at any time; the online version prevails.
3. Business services
Each assignment (placement, staffing, training or remote talent) is covered by a written agreement or quote stating rates, duration and each party's responsibilities. In case of conflict, the written agreement prevails over these terms.
Staffing is billed hourly, based on timesheets approved by the client. Applicable taxes (GST and QST) are added to invoiced amounts.
4. Payment
Invoices are payable according to the terms shown on the invoice or in the agreement (bank transfer or cheque). Late payment may lead to suspension of services.
5. Job seekers
Submitting a resume and registering as a candidate is free. Submitting a resume does not guarantee a job. With your consent, your profile may be presented to client companies.
6. Training
The content, length, location and price of each training session are specified at registration. A certificate may be issued at the end of the training based on attendance.
7. Client and candidate portals
Online portal access is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Client access is created only by invitation from L'Agence AW.
