How is pricing calculated?+
For temporary staffing, we bill per hour worked, at a rate agreed in advance for each trade, plus GST and QST. No surprises.
What if the worker isn't a good fit?+
Let us know: we quickly look for a replacement and adjust the profile.
Can I hire a temporary worker permanently?+
Yes — it's actually a great way to recruit. The terms are set out in our service agreement.
How are hours approved?+
The worker enters their hours each week, you approve them online in your client portal, and the invoice is prepared from approved hours.
